The contents of SAC’s website contain copyrighted materials owned by, or licensed to SAC or its affiliates and are protected by applicable laws. All intellectual property rights in the website remain the sole and exclusive property of SAC. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of part or all of the contents in any form without the prior written permission of SAC is prohibited except in accordance with the following terms.
The contents of SAC’s website are provided on “as is” and “as available” basis.
SAC may use Your Personal data to provide and improve SAC’s services or website communications. Before SAC’s website or applications collect any personal information, or any tracking technologies are activated, SAC will obtain your prior, affirmative consent through SAC’s Consent Management Platform. Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Service refers to the Application.
Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
You means the individual accessing or using SAC’s website, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using SAC’s website, as applicable.
Consent Management Platform means the technology platform deployed by SAC to obtain, record, and manage user consent for cookies and tracking technologies prior to activation of any non-essential scripts.

Contact Form Submissions:
When You submit information through a contact, inquiry, or registration form on our website or applications, the content of Your submission — including Your name, email address, phone number, and message content — constitutes a communication subject to protection under certain state laws. By submitting a form, You consent to the receipt and storage of Your submission by SAC Wireless and the service providers identified in this policy. SAC will treat the content of your form submissions as confidential.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

You have the right to request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service. Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when We have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

SAC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use this application.

California Electronic Privacy Rights (CIPA)
In addition to the CCPA/CPRA rights described above, SAC Wireless’ website and applications are subject to the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), California Penal Code §630 et seq., which governs the real-time interception of electronic communications. SAC Wireless obtain your prior, affirmative consent before activating any third-party tracking technologies that may constitute interception of electronic communications under §631.
Electronic Interception and Consent
SAC uses cookies and third-party tracking technologies on its websites and applications that may constitute interception of electronic communications under California Penal Code §631. Prior to activating any such technologies, SAC obtains your prior, affirmative consent through a Consent Management Platform (CMP) displayed when you first visit our website. No non-essential tracking scripts are activated before consent is obtained.
Third-party vendor tools may intercept your electronic communications, and the categories of data they collect, are identified in the Cookies and Tracking Technologies section of this policy.
Your Consent Rights Under CIPA
You have the following rights with respect to the interception of your electronic communications:

Under California Penal Code §632, the content of messages submitted through contact forms, inquiry forms, bid submission forms, and account-authenticated sessions on SAC Express may constitute confidential communications. SAC obtains your consent to the receipt and processing of such communications at the point of submission through the disclosure statement and consent checkbox present on all data collection forms.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
SAC Wireless recognizes and honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as required by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). If Your browser transmits a GPC signal when you visit our website, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sharing of Your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our Consent Management Platform is configured to detect and honor GPC signals automatically.
Sale of Personal Information
Under the CCPA, if a business sells personal information, it must allow California residents to opt out of the sale of their personal information. However, we do not sell and have not sold personal information for the purposes of the CCPA in the last 12 months. Furthermore, we do not sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.
Sources of Personal Information
As described above, we collect this personal information from you and your employer, from affiliates, and third party service providers when they share the information with us. We also collect information automatically through the tracking technologies described in the Cookies and Tracking Technologies section above, subject to Your prior consent.
Use of Personal Information

Retention of Personal Data
SAC will retain your personal data for a period not greater than 10 years after the conclusion of the project, for audit or project review purposes. We also retain your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our terms and policies.
Your personal data will be anonymized (so that it can no longer be associated with you) within 2 years of project completion.

CCPA Rights and Requests
California law provides California residents with the rights listed below.
Right to Know and Delete
(1) Right to Know — You may request that SAC disclose to You the categories and specific pieces of personal information We collected about You, the sources of that information, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom We shared it.
